1Subsection 4(10) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (d);
(b) by repealing paragraph (e);
(c) by repealing paragraph (j);
(d) by repealing paragraph (l);
(e) by repealing paragraph (m);
(f) by repealing paragraph (n);
(g) by repealing paragraph (r);
(h) by repealing paragraph (aa);
(i) by repealing paragraph (bb);
(j) in paragraph (dd) by striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph;
(k) in paragraph (ee) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting “, and”;
(l) by adding the following after paragraph (ee):
(ff) the rural community of Haut-Madawaska established under the Rural Community of Haut-Madawaska Regulation - Municipalities Act, the territorial limits of which are set out under that regulation.
2This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2017.
