REGULATION 2017-5

Municipalities Act

1Section 12 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (a);
(b) by repealing paragraph (b);
(c) by repealing paragraph (c);
(d) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) the parish of Madawaska, excluding those portions of Edmundston and Haut-Madawaska located in the parish, for fire protection;
(e) by repealing paragraph (i);
(f) by repealing paragraph (j).
2This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2017.
