1Section 15 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-42 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended
(a) in subsection (13)
(i) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$62.00” and substituting “$230”;
(ii) by adding after paragraph (a) the following:
(a.1) when, under subsection 310.01(4) of the Act, a person’s driving privilege is suspended for a third or subsequent time in a five-year period..............$230;
(iii) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$52.00” and substituting “$52”;
(b) by repealing subsection (13.1);
(c) by adding after subsection (20) the following:
15(20.1)The fee for an application for a review of the revocation of a licence and the suspension of driving privilege under section 310.01 of the Act is
(a) if no oral hearing is requested, $64, and
(b) if an oral hearing is requested, $100.
15(20.2)The fee for an application for a review of the revocation of a licence and the suspension of driving privilege under section 310.02 or 310.021 of the Act is $64.
(d) by adding after subsection (21) the following:
15(22)The fee for an application for the early release of an impounded motor vehicle under subsection 310.2(16) or (20) of the Act is $64.
2The heading “SCREENING DEVICES” preceding section 27.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 27.2 of the Regulation is repealed.
4This Regulation comes into force on November 1, 2017.
