1Section 7 of the English version of New Brunswick Regulation 82-218 under The Residential Tenancies Act is amended by striking out “rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “residential tenancies officer”.
2Section 13 of the English version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “rentalsman” and substituting “residential tenancies officer”.
3Section 14 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (2) in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “residential tenancies officer”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “residential tenancies officer”.
4Form 3 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out
APPLICATION TO RENTALSMAN
and substituting the following:
APPLICATION TO RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES OFFICER
(b) by striking out “Rentalsman” and substituting “residential tenancies officer”.
5Form 4 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out “rentalsman” and substituting “residential tenancies officer”;
(b) by striking out “Rentalman’s” and substituting “Residential tenancies officer’s”;
(c) by striking out “Rentalsman” and substituting “Residential tenancies officer”.
6Form 5 of the English version of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out
APPLICATION TO RENTALSMAN FOR CERTIFICATE
and substituting the following:
APPLICATION TO RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES OFFICER FOR CERTIFICATE
(b) by striking out “Rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “residential tenancies officer”.
7Form 6 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out “Office of the Rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “Residential Tenancies Tribunal”;
(b) in the English version by striking out “Office of the Rentalsman’s” and substituting “Residential Tenancies Tribunal’s”;
(c) in the English version by striking out “rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “residential tenancies officer”;
(d) in the English version by striking out “Service on Rentalsman” wherever it appears and substituting “Service on Residential Tenancies Officer”;
(e) by striking out

and substituting the following:
