1Subsection 4(4) of New Brunswick Regulation 93-137 under the Civil Service Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (d) by striking out “the Office of the Ombudsman,” and substituting “Ombud New Brunswick, the”;
(b) in paragraph (e) by striking out “the Office of the Ombudsman,” and substituting “Ombud New Brunswick, the”.
