1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 86-121 under the Archives Act is amended
(a) in subsection (2) by striking out “Ombudsman” and substituting “Ombud”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “Ombudsman” and substituting “Ombud”.
2Form 2 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by striking out “OMBUDSMAN” and substituting “OMBUD”;
(b) by striking out “Ombudsman” and substituting “Ombud”;
(c) by striking out “Ombudsman Act” and substituting “Ombud Act”.
3Form 3 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ombudsman” wherever it appears and substituting “Ombud”.
