1Section 17.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 2007-78 under the Post-Secondary Student Financial Assistance Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in paragraph (b) by striking out the semicolon at the end of the paragraph and substituting a period;
(ii) by repealing paragraph (c);
(b) by repealing subsection (2).
2This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on May 1, 2017.
