1Paragraph 3(kk) of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-46 under the Electoral Boundaries and Representation Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(kk) Oromocto-Lincoln-Fredericton and its boundary description is shown on a map in Schedule A referred to as 37-Oromocto-Lincoln-Fredericton,
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by repealing the map referred to as “37-Oromocto-Lincoln” and substituting the attached map referred to as “37-Oromocto-Lincoln-Fredericton”.
