1Paragraph 3(2)(a.71) of New Brunswick Regulation 91-50 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by striking out “Highway Act” and substituting “Highway Act and peace officers as defined in the Motor Vehicle Act”.
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended by adding after the portion for the Smoke-free Places Act the following:
