1Paragraph 9(e) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended by adding “non-fire related rescue,” after “fire protection,”.
2Paragraph 13(b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “fire protection, street lighting, community services, recreational facilities and first aid and ambulance services” and substituting “fire protection, non-fire related rescue, street lighting, community services and recreational facilities”.
