Fish and Wildlife Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2015-4 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (bb) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semicolon;
(b) by adding after paragraph (bb) the following:
(cc) a varmint licence referred to in paragraph 3(1)(f) or (g) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-133 under the Act;
(dd) a resident bear licence referred to in paragraph 3(1)(i) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-133 under the Act.
2This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 2017.
