1Subsection 3(1) of New Brunswick Regulation 2000-42 under the Registry Act is amended
(a) in subparagraph (a)(i) by striking out “$75” and substituting “$85”;
(b) in subparagraph (c)(i) by striking out “$75” and substituting “$85”;
(c) in paragraph (d) by striking out “$75” and substituting “$85”;
(d) in subparagraph (e)(i) by striking out “$75” and substituting “$85”;
(e) in subparagraph (f)(i) by striking out “$75” and substituting “$85”;
(f) in paragraph (g) by striking out “$75” and substituting “$85”.
2This Regulation comes into force on February 15, 2016.
