Filed December 20, 2016

1New Brunswick Regulation 2015-67 under the Official Languages Act is amended by adding after section 3 the following:

Offence

4A person who violates or fails to comply with section 43.1 of the Act commits an offence punishable under Part 2 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category D offence.

2This Regulation comes into force on December 31, 2016.
