1Section 23 of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-51 under the Education Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “and subsection (2)”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2).
2Subsection 24(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and subsection 23(2)”.
3Subsection 25(1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “three years” and substituting “five years”.
