1Section 66 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-191 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
Storage of hazardous substance and safety data sheet
66An employer shall ensure that a hazardous substance is stored so as to protect the health and safety of employees, using information available on a safety data sheet or obtained from the supplier or another reliable source.
2Paragraph 75(2)(a) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “material safety data sheet” and substituting “safety data sheet”.
3Section 269 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Controlled Products Regulations” and substituting “Hazardous Products Regulations”.
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2016.
