1Section 55.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 2010-19 under the Natural Products Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
55.1A raw milk sample obtained under this Regulation is the property of the Commission.
2The heading “Notification des résultats de test” preceding section 62 of the French version of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
Communication des résultats de tests
3Section 62 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by adding before subsection (1) the following:
62(0.1)Immediately after testing raw milk, a person or a laboratory designated under subsection 56(1) shall notify the Commission of the test results.
(b) in subsection (1) by striking out the portion preceding paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
62(1)Immediately after receiving test results, the Commission shall notify a producer about the test results when the raw milk
(c) by repealing subsection (2) of the French version and substituting the following:
62(2)L’avis des résultats qui est communiqué pour les raisons prévues à l’alinéa (1)a), b), c), d) ou e) est :
(a) établi par écrit;
(b) envoyé par courrier ordinaire à la dernière adresse connue du producteur;
(c) réputé avoir été reçu par ce dernier trois jours après sa mise à la poste.
4This Regulation comes into force on December 1, 2016.
