1Form 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-16 under the Expropriation Act is amended by repealing section 3 and substituting the following:
3Notice of Objection, in Form A-10 prescribed by the General Regulation – Expropriation Act, may be filed with the Expropriations Advisory Officer at ________________________________________, within 30 days after the date of the registration of the notice in the registry office for the county in which the land is situated in accordance with paragraph 8(1)(c) of the Expropriation Act.
2Form 3 of the Regulation is amended by repealing section 2 and substituting the following:
2Notice of Objection, in Form A-10 prescribed by the General Regulation – Expropriation Act, may be filed with the Expropriations Advisory Officer at ________________________________________, within 30 days after the date of the registration of the notice in the registry office for the county in which the land is situated in accordance with paragraph 8(1)(c) of the Expropriation Act.
3Form 4 of the Regulation is amended by repealing section 3 and substituting the following:
