REGULATION 2016-61

1Section 49 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
49(1)The village called Village of Charlo is continued.
49(2)A portion of the Village of Eel River Crossing and a portion of the local service district of Chaleur, being areas contiguous to the Village of Charlo, are annexed to the Village of Charlo and the new territorial limits of the Village of Charlo are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 49(2).
49(3)The effective date of the annexation is January 1, 2017.
49(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as the Village of Charlo.
2Section 57 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
57(1)The village called Village of Eel River Crossing is continued.
57(2)The territorial limits of the Village of Eel River Crossing are decreased and the new territorial limits are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 57(2).
57(3)The effective date of the decrement is January 1, 2017.
57(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as Village of Eel River Crossing.
3 The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 49(2) in numerical order.
4Schedule 57(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 57(2) is substituted.
5This Order comes into force on November 1, 2016.
