1Section 18.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 86-160 under the Crown Lands and Forests Act is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “$4.52/m³” and substituting “$3.90/m³”.

2This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2016.
