1Section 29 of New Brunswick Regulation 91-195 under the Pension Benefits Act is amended
(a) in subparagraph (2)(a)(iii.3) by striking out “and effective on April 1, 2009,” and substituting “and effective on April 1, 2009, as amended from time to time,”;
(b) in subparagraph (3)(a)(ii.3) by striking out “and effective on April 1, 2009,” and substituting “and effective on April 1, 2009, as amended from time to time,”.
