REGULATION 2016-37

1Section 3.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
3.1(1)The city called Dieppe is continued.
3.1(2)A portion of the local service district of Scoudouc, a portion of the local service district of Shediac Cape and a portion of the local service district of the parish of Moncton, being areas contiguous to Dieppe, are annexed to Dieppe and the new territorial limits of Dieppe are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 3.1(2).
3.1(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 1, 2016.
3.1(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as Dieppe.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 3.1(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on June 1, 2016.
