REGULATION 2016-35

1Section 27 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
27(1)The town called Shediac is continued.
27(2)A portion of the local service district of Shediac Cape, being an area contiguous to Shediac, is annexed to Shediac and the new territorial limits of Shediac are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 27(2).
27(3)The effective date of the annexation is June 1, 2016.
27(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as Shediac.
2Schedule 27(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 27(2) is substituted.
3This Order comes into force on June 1, 2016.
