1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2009-136 under the Public Health Act is amended by striking out “nurse practitioner” and substituting “nurse practitioner, midwife”.
2Section 6 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (g) of the English version by striking out “where applicable” and substituting “if applicable”;
(b) by adding after paragraph (g) the following:
(g.1) the name of the midwife of the person referred to in paragraph (b), if applicable; and
3Section 9 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “nurse practitioner” and substituting “nurse practitioner, midwife”.
4Section 13 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “nurse practitioner or a nurse” and substituting “nurse practitioner, midwife or nurse”.
5Section 14 of the Regulation is amended in the portion preceding paragraph (a) by striking out “nurse practitioner” and substituting “nurse practitioner, midwife”.
