1Schedule A of New-Brunswick Regulation 94-92 under the Highway Act is amended
(a) by repealing section 1 and substituting the following:
1All that portion of Route 1 from the boundary between Saint John County and Kings County to the boundary between Kings County and Westmorland County located in Rothesay Parish, Hampton Parish, Norton Parish, Sussex Parish, Cardwell Parish and Studholm Parish, Kings County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 1 and the boundary between Saint John County and Kings County; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 1 for a distance of approximately 91.863 km to the boundary between Kings County and Westmorland County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(b) by repealing section 2 and substituting the following:
2All those portions of Fox Farm Road located in Rothesay Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Fox Farm Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Fox Farm Road for a distance of 100 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Fox Farm Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Fox Farm Road for a distance of 99 m.
(c) by repealing section 3 and substituting the following:
3All that portion of the ramp located in Rothesay Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of the ramp and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of the travelled portion of the ramp for a distance of approximately 212 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of the ramp and Campbell Drive.
(d) by repealing section 5 and substituting the following:
5All those portions of Route 100 located in Hampton Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 100 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 100 for a distance of 271 m to the intersection of the travelled portions of Route 100 and Villa Drive, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 100 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in an westerly direction along the centre line of Route 100 for a distance of 881 m to the intersection of the travelled portions of Route 100 and Route 121.
(e) by repealing section 9 and substituting the following:
9All those portions of Route 121 located in Sussex Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 121 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 121 for a distance of approximately 304 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 121 and Lower Cove Road.
(f) by repealing section 11 and substituting the following:
11All that portion of Marble Street located in Sussex Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Marble Street and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Marble Street for a distance of 130 m.
(g) by repealing section 12 and substituting the following:
12All that portion of Route 890 located in Sussex Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 890 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 890 for a distance of 115 m.
(h) by repealing section 13 and substituting the following:
13All that portion of Route 111 located in Sussex Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 111 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 111 for a distance of approximately 194 m to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 111 and Earnhardt Road.
(i) by repealing section 14 and substituting the following:
14All that portion of Route 114 located near the Village of Sussex Corner, Sussex Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 114 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 114 for a distance of 375 m.
(j) by repealing section 15 and substituting the following:
15All those portions of Route 114 located near Penobsquis, Cardwell Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 114 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centre line of Route 114 for a distance of 180 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 114 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centre line of Route 114 for a distance of 170 m.
(k) by repealing section 18 and substituting the following:
18All that portion of Route 2 from the boundary between Queens County and Kings County to the boundary between Kings County and Westmorland County located in Studholm Parish and Havelock Parish, Kings County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 2 and the boundary between Queens County and Kings County; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 2 for a distance of approximately 23.716 km to the boundary between Kings County and Westmorland County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(l) by repealing the heading “Route 7 - Nerepis to Kings/Saint John County Line” preceding section 19 and substituting the following:
Route 7 – Queens/Kings County Line to Kings/Saint John County Line
(m) by repealing section 19 and substituting the following:
19All that portion of Route 7 from the boundary between Queens County and Kings County to the boundary between Kings County and Saint John County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 7 and the boundary between Queens County and Kings County; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 16.744 km to the boundary between Kings County and Saint John County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(n) by repealing the heading “Route 177 at Nerepis” preceding section 20 and substituting the following:
Route 177 at Blagdon
(o) by repealing section 20 and substituting the following:
20All that portion of Route 177 located in Westfield Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre of the grade separation structure for Route 177 and the centre of the travelled portion of Route 7; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 177 for a distance of approximately 143 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre of the grade separation structure for Route 177 and the centre of the travelled portion of Route 7; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 177 for a distance of approximately 197 m.
(p) by repealing the heading “Route 102” preceding section 21 and substituting the following:
Route 102 at Grand Bay-Westfield
(q) by repealing section 21 and substituting the following:
21All that portion of Route 102 from Route 177 to Route 7 located in Westfield Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 102 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 7; thence in a northeasterly direction along the centre line of Route 102 for a distance of approximately 1.219 km to the intersection of Route 102 and Route 177.
(r) by adding after section 21 the following:
Kingdom Road
21.1All that portion of Kingdom Road located in Westfield Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Kingdom Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 7; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Kingdom Road for a distance of 142 m.
Colonel Nase Boulevard
21.2All that portion of Colonel Nase Boulevard located in Westfield Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Colonel Nase Boulevard and the centre of the grade separation for Route 7; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Colonel Nase Boulevard for a distance of approximately 147 m to the property access road going in a northwesterly direction, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Colonel Nase Boulevard and the centre of the grade separation for Route 7; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Colonel Nase Boulevard for a distance of 228 m.
(s) by repealing section 23 and substituting the following:
23All that portion of Route 111 from Route 1 to the boundary between Kings County and Saint John County located in Rothesay Parish, Kings County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 111 and the centre of the median for Route 1; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 111 for a distance of approximately 3.168 km to the boundary between Kings County and Saint John County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(t) by repealing section 25 and substituting the following:
25All those portions of French Village Road located in Rothesay Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of French Village Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 111; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of French Village Road for a distance of 160 m, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of French Village Road and the centre of the grade separation for Route 111; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of French Village Road for a distance of 150 m.
(u) in the heading “Route 119 - Town of Quispamsis to Gondola Point Bypass” preceding section 26 by striking out “Town of”;
(v) by repealing section 26 and substituting the following:
26All that portion of Route 119 from Route 1 to the Ferry Landing located in Rothesay Parish, Kings County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 119 and the centre of the grade separation for the eastbound lanes of Route 1; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 119 for a distance of approximately 5.698 km to the Ferry Landing at the Kennebecasis River, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
(w) by repealing section 27 and substituting the following:
27All that portion of Campbell Drive from the intersection of the interchange ramp connecting Campbell Drive and Route 1 to Marr Road located in Rothesay Parish, Kings County, designated as a level IV controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Campbell Drive and the interchange ramp connecting Campbell Drive and Route 1; thence in a northeasterly direction along the centre line of Campbell Drive for a distance of approximately 1.12 km to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Campbell Drive and Marr Road.
