1New Brunswick Regulation 85-104 under the Parks Act is amended by repealing the heading “EXPLORER PASS” that precedes section 24.4 of the Regulation.
2Section 24.4 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Subsection 25(4) of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (a)
(i) in subparagraph (i) by striking out “$30” and substituting “$40”;
(ii) in subparagraph (ii) by striking out “$70” and substituting “$90”;
(iii) in subparagraph (iii) by striking out “$200” and substituting “$325”;
(b) by repealing paragraph (b) and substituting the following:

(c) by adding after paragraph (b) the following:
