1Subrule .17 of the English version of Rule 73 of the Rules of Court of New Brunswick, “FAMILY DIVISION”, New Brunswick Regulation 82-73 under the Judicature Act and the Provincial Offences Procedure Act, is amended
(a) in paragraph (1)
(i) in clause (h) by striking out “Christian names” and substituting “given names”;
(ii) in clause (i) by striking out “Christian names” and substituting “given names”;
(b) by repealing paragraph (3) and substituting the following:
b(3)A child shall be identified in an adoption order by his or her given names in full followed by the first letter of his or her surname and his or her birth registration number, if any.
