1Section 11.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-133 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “wildlife management zone 3, 4, 5 or 9” and substituting “wildlife management zone 4, 5 or 9”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “wildlife management zone 1 or 2” and substituting “wildlife management zone 1, 2 or 3”.
2Section 12 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (p) by striking out “said northeastern limit of Highway No. 8” and substituting “said northeastern limit of Highway No. 8 to the intersection with Route No. 148; thence southerly along said route”;
(b) in paragraph (q) by striking out “Gibson Street and Canada Street” and substituting “Gibson Street and Canada Street to Route No. 148; thence continuing northerly along said route to the intersection of Highway No. 8; thence continuing northerly”.
3Section 17.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “wildlife management zone 3, 4, 5 or 9” and “wildlife management zone 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 or 10 to 27” and substituting “wildlife management zone 4, 5 or 9” and “wildlife management zone 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 or 10 to 27” respectively.
