1Section 7 of New Brunswick Regulation 83-185 under the Motor Vehicle Act is amended
(a) in subsection (1)
(i) in paragraph (a) by striking out “$25.00” and substituting “$35”;
(ii) in paragraph (b) by striking out “$15.00” and substituting “$25”;
(iii) in paragraph (c) by striking out “$30.00” and substituting “$40”;
(iv) in paragraph (d) by striking out “$55.00” and substituting “$65”;
(v) in paragraph (e) by striking out “$130.00” and substituting “$140”;
(b) in subsection (3) by striking out “seven dollars” and substituting “$10”;
(c) in subsection (4) by striking out “eight dollars” and substituting “$11”.
2This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2015.
