1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-124 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (1.1)(c) by striking out “14 or 18 to 27” and substituting “14, 18, 19 or 21 to 27”;
(b) by repealing paragraph (4)(e.1) and substituting the following:
(e.1) set or place a trap for the trapping of weasel or squirrel unless the trap is entirely enclosed in a wooden or metal box with no opening larger than 3.75 centimetres in diameter;
2Schedule B of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule B is substituted.
3This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2015.
