1Section 8.2 of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-66 under the Oil and Natural Gas Act is repealed.
2Section 10 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “, or during the term of a licence renewed under section 8.2,”;
(b) in subsection (2) by striking out “, or during the term of a licence renewed under section 8.2,”.
3This Regulation comes into force on June 26, 2015.
