1Section 15 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out “, Glencoe, St. Arthur and Val D’Amours” and substituting “and Glencoe”;
(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out “, Blair Athol and Val D’Amours” and substituting “and Blair Athol”;
(c) by repealing paragraph (d) and substituting the following:
(d) that area of Restigouche County known as Blair Athol in the parish of Balmoral that is shown on the attached Schedule 15(d) for fire protection and street lighting;
(d) in paragraph (f) by striking out “, Point La Nim and Val D’Amours” and substituting “and Point La Nim”;
(e) by repealing paragraph (r); and
(f) by repealing paragraph (v).
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 15(d) in numerical order.
3This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2015.
