1Subsection 5(6) of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended by striking out “a Declaration of Residency Form as set out in Schedule 0.1” and substituting “a declaration of residency form provided by the Minister”.
2The French version of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Ministre” in the following provisions and substituting “ministre”:
(a) section 2 in the definition « Directeur »;
(b) subsection 5.1(2);
(c) subsection 8(2);
(d) subsection 11(1.1);
(e) subsection 14(8);
(f) subsection 25(1);
(g) section 33.01
(i) paragraph (1)a);
(ii) subsection (1.1) in the portion preceding paragraph a);
(iii) subsection (2)
(A) the portion preceding paragraph a);
(B) paragraph c);
(iv) subsection (4);
(v) subsection (5);
(vi) subsection (7);
(vii) subsection (9).
3Schedule 0.1 of the Regulation is repealed.
4This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 2014.
