NEW BRUNSWICK
REGULATION 2014-67

Electoral Boundaries and
Representation Act

1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 2013-46 under the Electoral Boundaries and Representation Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (ee) and substituting the following:
(ee) Portland-Simonds and its boundary description is shown on a map in Schedule A referred to as 31-Portland-Simonds,
(b) by repealing paragraph (ii) and substituting the following:
(ii) Fundy-The Isles-Saint John West and its boundary description is shown on a map in Schedule A referred to as 35‑Fundy-The Isles-Saint John West,
(c) by repealing paragraph (rr) and substituting the following:
(rr) Carleton-York and its boundary description is shown on a map in Schedule A referred to as 44-Carleton-York,
2Schedule A of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing the map referred to as 31-Saint John Portland and substituting the attached map referred to as 31-Portland-Simonds;
(b) by repealing the map referred to as 35-Charlotte-The Isles and substituting the attached map referred to as 35‑Fundy-The Isles-Saint John West;
(c) by repealing the map referred to as 44-York and substituting the attached map referred to as 44-Carleton-York.
