1Section 20 of New Brunswick Regulation 2014-27 under the Prescription and Catastrophic Drug Insurance Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (g) by striking out “and day supply”;
(b) by adding after paragraph (g) the following:
(g.1) the day supply of the drug;
(c) by repealing subparagraph (h)(ii).
2Subsection 21(1) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (a) and substituting the following:
(a) the prescription number and the number of refills;
(b) in paragraph (g) by striking out “and day supply”;
(c) by adding after paragraph (g) the following:
(g.1) the day supply of the drug;
(d) in paragraph (i)
(i) in subparagraph (i) of the English version by striking out the semicolon at the end of the subparagraph and substituting “; and”;
(ii) by repealing subparagraph (ii).
3Section 25 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in paragraph (2)(b) by striking out “$10.50” and substituting “$11”;
(b) in paragraph (3)(b) by striking out “$10.50” and substituting “$11”;
(c) in paragraph (4)(b) by striking out “$15.75” and substituting “$16.50”.
4Section 51 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “subsection (2)” and substituting “subsections (1.1) and (2)”;
(b) by adding after subsection (1) the following:
51(1.1)Paragraph 20(g.1), subparagraphs 20(h)(i), (iii) and (iv), paragraph 21(1)(g.1) and subparagraphs 21(1)(i)(i) and (iii) come into force on November 1, 2014.
5Section 3 of this Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2014.
