1Section 16 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-170 under the Prescription Drug Payment Act is amended
(a) in paragraph (1)(b) by striking out “$10.50” and substituting “$11”;
(b) in paragraph (3)(b) by striking out “$10.50” and substituting “$11”;
(c) in subparagraph (4)(b)(ii) by striking out “$15.75” and substituting “$16.50”.
2This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 2014.
