1Subsection 111(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
111(3)The effective date of the annexation is May 26, 2014.
3Schedule 111(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 111(2) is substituted.
4This Order comes into force on May 26, 2014.
