REGULATION 2014-57

1Section 4 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-124 under the Fish and Wildlife Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (1.1)(c) and substituting the following:
(c) to trap marten in wildlife management zone 14 or 18 to 27, or
(b) in paragraph (4)(f.4) by striking out “the last Saturday in October” and substituting “the Friday before the last Saturday in October”.
2Section 4.01 of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (2) of the French version by striking out “en délivrant cette demande par la poste ou en personne au Ministre” and substituting “en faisant parvenir sa demande au Ministre par la poste ou en lui la remettant en personne”;
(b) in subsection (3) of the French version by striking out “délivrer au Ministre” and substituting “faire parvenir au Ministre ou lui remettre”;
(c) in subsection (7) of the French version by striking out “qui a délivré” and substituting “qui a fait parvenir ou a remis”;
(d) by repealing subsection (8) and substituting the following:
4.01(8)The Minister shall issue and send by ordinary mail to applicants whose names have been chosen at least once in the random computer draws
(a) one bobcat validation sticker, and
(b) one lock seal bobcat tag for each time the applicant’s name was chosen.
3Section 4.2 of the French version of the Regulation is amended
(a) in subsection (1) by striking out “délivrer” and substituting “remettre”;
(b) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
4.2(2)Le Ministre doit fournir un reçu pour chaque carcasse remise en application du paragraphe (1).
4Schedule A of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A is substituted.
5Schedule A.1 of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule A.1 is substituted.
6Schedule B of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule B is substituted.
