REGULATION 2014-4

Municipalities Act

1Section 40 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
40(1)The village called Bertrand is continued.
40(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of New Bandon, being an area contiguous to Bertrand, is annexed to Bertrand and the new territorial limits of Bertrand are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 40(2).
40(3)The effective date of the annexation is January 20, 2014.
40(4)The inhabitants of the area referred to in subsection (2) continue as Bertrand.
2The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 40(2) in numerical order.
3This Order comes into force on January 20, 2014.
