REGULATION 2014-35
under the
Municipalities Act

1Section 9 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-168 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (k);
(b) by repealing paragraph (l);
(c) by repealing paragraph (m) and substituting the following:
(m) that area of Gloucester County known as Inkerman Centre, shown on the attached Schedule 9(m) for fire protection, street lighting and first aid and ambulance services;
(d) by repealing paragraph (y);
(e) by repealing paragraph (bb).
2Section 9.1 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (a);
(b) by repealing paragraph (b);
(c) by repealing paragraph (c);
(d) by repealing paragraph (f);
(e) by repealing paragraph (g);
(f) by repealing paragraph (j);
(g) by repealing paragraph (k);
(h) by repealing paragraph (w);
(i) by repealing paragraph (x);
(j) by repealing paragraph (y);
(k) by repealing paragraph (z).
3Section 13 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (g);
(b) by repealing paragraph (o);
(c) by repealing paragraph (u);
(d) by repealing paragraph (z) and substituting the following;
(z) that area of Northumberland County known as Tabusintac in the parish of Alnwick, shown on the attached Schedule 13(z) for fire protection, street lighting, community services, recreational facilities and first aid and ambulance services.
4The Regulation is amended by adding the attached Schedule 9(m) and Schedule 13(z) in numerical order.
5This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 2014.
