1Subsection 4(9) of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-89 under the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (cc);
(b) by adding after paragraph (p) the following:
(p.01) the rural community of Hanwell continued under the Rural Community of Hanwell Regulation - Municipalities Act, the territorial limits of which are set out under that regulation,
2This Regulation comes into force on May 23, 2014.
