1Subsection 2(5) of New Brunswick Regulation 83-190 under the Scalers Act is repealed.
2Subsection 28(7) of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 30 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (3);
(b) by repealing subsection (4);
(c) by repealing subsection (5).
4Section 33 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (1);
(b) by repealing subsection (5);
(c) by repealing subsection (6);
(d) by repealing subsection (7).
5Section 34 of the Regulation is repealed.
6Subsection 38(1) of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (d);
(b) by repealing paragraph (e).
7Subsection 57(7) of the Regulation is repealed.
8Section 59 of the Regulation is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (4);
(b) by repealing subsection (5);
(c) by repealing subsection (6).
