1Schedule 2 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-20 under the Medical Services Payment Act is amended by repealing paragraph (a.1) and substituting the following:
(a.1) abortion, unless the abortion is performed in a hospital facility approved by the jurisdiction in which the hospital facility is located;
2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2015.
