1Schedule II of New Brunswick Regulation 2003-8 under the Protected Natural Areas Act is amended
(a) by repealing Schedule II-41 and substituting the attached Schedule II-41;
(b) by adding the attached Schedule II-41.1 in numerical order;
(c) by adding the attached Schedule II-41.2 in numerical order;
(d) by adding the attached Schedule II-41.3 in numerical order;
(e) by adding the attached Schedule II-41.4 in numerical order;
(f) by adding the attached Schedule II-41.5 in numerical order;
(g) by adding the attached Schedule II-41.6 in numerical order;
(h) by adding the attached Schedule II-42.1 in numerical order;
(i) by adding the attached Schedule II-42.2 in numerical order;
(j) by adding the attached Schedule II-42.3 in numerical order;
(k) by adding the attached Schedule II-42.4 in numerical order;
(l) by adding the attached Schedule II-42.5 in numerical order;
(m) by adding the attached Schedule II-42.6 in numerical order;
(n) by repealing Schedule II-43 and substituting the attached Schedule II-43;
(o) by adding the attached Schedule II-45.1 in numerical order;
(p) by adding the attached Schedule II-45.2 in numerical order;
(q) by adding the attached Schedule II-45.3 in numerical order;
(r) by repealing Schedule II-46 and substituting the attached Schedule II-46.
