1Section 3 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-210 under the Real Property Tax Act is amended
(a) by repealing paragraph (1)(l);
(b) by repealing subsection (3).
2Form 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and appearing on page of the 19 Assessment and Tax Roll”.
3This Regulation comes into force on September 1, 2014.
