1Paragraph 2(e) of New Brunswick Regulation 82-20 under the Fire Prevention Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(e) the National Building Code of Canada 2010, with the exception of Parts 2 and 7 of Division B of Volume 2 and section 3.8, which is replaced by the Barrier-Free Design Building Code Regulation - Community Planning Act.
2This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2015.
