1Section 5 of New Brunswick Regulation 85-6 under the Municipalities Act is amended
(a) by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following:
5(2)A portion of the local service district of the parish of Lincoln, being an area contiguous to The City of Fredericton, is annexed to The City of Fredericton and the new territorial limits of The City of Fredericton are shown on the plan attached as Schedule 5(2).
(b) by repealing subsection (3) and substituting the following:
5(3)The effective date of the annexation is August 18, 2014.
2Schedule 5(2) of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Schedule 5(2) is substituted.
3This Order comes into force on August 18, 2014.
SCHEDULE 5(2)
