New Brunswick Regulation 97-125 under the Apprenticeship and Occupational Certification Act is amended by repealing the heading “Designated occupations” preceding section 3.

Section 3 of the Regulation is repealed.

The heading “Scope of designated occupations” preceding section 5 of the Regulation is repealed and the following is substituted:
Scope of compulsory occupations

Section 5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “designated” and substituting
“compulsory”
wherever it appears.
