1New Brunswick Regulation 91-57 under the Provincial Offences Procedure Act is amended by adding after section 20 the following:
20.1An Application for Summons to Witness (Virtual Presence) under subsection 43(1.1) of the Act shall be in Form 18.1.
20.2A Summons to Witness (Virtual Presence) under subsection 43(1.1) of the Act shall be in Form 18.2.
2Section 32 of the Regulation is repealed.
3Section 33 of the Regulation is repealed.
4Section 34 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “85(6) or”.
5Form 17 of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Form 17 is substituted.
6The Regulation is amended by adding after Form 18 the attached Forms 18.1 and 18.2.
7Form 19 of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Form 19 is substituted.
8Form 21 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “in Provincial Court”.
9Form 30 of the Regulation is repealed.
10Form 31 of the Regulation is repealed.
11Form 32 of the Regulation is repealed and the attached Form 32 is substituted.
12This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 2013.
