1Section 3.1 of Schedule A of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-66 under the Oil and Natural Gas Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
3.1The security deposit to accompany an application for a well licence is $50,000 per well.
2This Regulation shall be deemed to have come into force on June 1, 2013.
