REGULATION 2013-51

1The enacting clause of New Brunswick Regulation 2001-26 under the Financial Administration Act is amended by striking out “section 62” and substituting “section 56”.
2Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following definition in alphabetical order:
“TOD Fingerboard sign” means a TOD Fingerboard sign manufactured, installed and maintained by the Minister in conformity with New Brunswick Regulation 97-143 under the Highway Act;(panneau TD de destination)
3Section 3 of the Regulation is amended by adding after paragraph (c) the following:
(c.1)in relation to a TOD Fingerboard sign
 
(i)for manufacture and installation by the Minister
$200.00
 
(ii)for maintenance, per year
$  50.00
4This Regulation comes into force on July 28, 2013.
